Quartzite & Red Quartzite

These will generate as the replacement for stone for the desert & badlands biomes(maybe include savannah, too.). These blocks will have the color of sandstone & red sandstone but look duller and have a similar texture to stone.

  Perhaps the blocks could have a sparkly animation just like how they're sparkly irl.

  Maybe, but A lush Cave with Quartzite as walls could be a little strange... Maybe make them related to the Surface and cave biome to remain consistent
