Bounties and bounty hunters

In villages there will be a chance of a bounty trader which you could trade a caged mob witch would need a special new item that could be made by 3 iron bars and 6 iron.the rarity and the difficulty and rarity of the mob(zombie could be traded for 3 emerald but a blaze would be 16 emeralds).it would also add a new mob called a bounty hunter that would be an illager the would be hunting you till death of you or it. The ender dragon egg and nether star would be trade-able for an unbreakable pair of unbreakable elytra and netherite sword that are both not as fast.
