Eye of Sender

The name isn't important. The gist is that this is an Ender Pearl/Eye like item except that it interacts with entities other than the player. You could link this to another entity and then when it is thrown it will teleport them instead of you

    This could also be an item that acts like both Eyes of Ender and End Pearls, where the thrown item will glide through walls and then TP an entity when it pops

    Sounds like a really cool idea! A little complicated but I could see it being used by some hostile mob to trick players, as an OP PvP tool (basically an insane fishing rod) and as a tool for map makers.

    Would be cool to see what it would do if it was sent by a dispenser, would it tp the mob to the dispenser?

    These could just be where you throw them at a mob and if they hit they teleport the mob to who/whatever threw it (such as dispensers)
