More ways to repair tools

i have a struggle repairing my tools because in bedrock you can just repair items by furnace,mining,killing mobs and trading but i just started my survival and i can afford just mining exp (e.g. you can put tools/armor in your offhand so you can repair your items while fishing or fighting mobs) but you cant use your offhand tools for use because bedrock is for mobile and consoles its just for holding tools/armor to repair it
