Boat connection

Minecraft could be a little more interesting if you were able to connect boats with less, string, or maybe chains, so that you could have more space to sit on to be controlled. Of course, this wouldn't be too overpowered like having a ship, but I'd be a nice addition. How it'd work is 2 or more boats would be connected, and the boats at the end could drive, while the others couldn't. If this was added, It'd make moving mobs, or maybe even a lot of players much easier, hope to see this added in the near future :)!
