Fire/Blast Protection decreases durability lost from those damage sources

These two enchantments are currently underwhelming and outshined by Protection. Giving them a little boost like this won't make them equals, but it will help them be at least a bit more useful.

Effectively, this is just saying that each level of Fire/Blast Protection acts like a level of Unbreaking against those specific sources.
