Since the new combat update introduced the idea of potions being stacked to 16, there should be a bar that appears whenever you drink a potion, which is your Potion Sickness bar. When it reaches to 10 bars, you start taking damage until it goes down again. Each potion has a different potency level which increases this sickness to prevent players from being able to run away, drink a bunch of potions, and get instantly back into the game.
