new enchantment idea

I had this idea for a while of a enchantment that would be rather interesting

Hardening 1-3

in this enchantment which is mostly for pickaxe's is that when you have for example an iron pick and you put Hardening II on it would act like a (almost because its not III) diamond pick! although it wouldn't have the health of a diamond pick nor the efficiency BUT it would be able to break things only diamond pickaxe can! and you CAN'T put it on netherite because it would be useless only diamond and below.
if think you can add more ideas to this idea please do I would like to see it!
