Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Fire aspect on pickaxes smelts the ore it mines

If you enchant a pickaxe with fire aspect it could smelt the ore it mines. For example: a fire aspect pickaxe mining gold ore would give gold ingots and iron ore would give iron ingots. And a fire aspect diamond or netherite pickaxe would make ancient debris drop netherite scrap instead of ancient debris

    There are already various posts about pickaxes that smelt ores. This should have been a comment in one of those rather than a whole new post

    I don't like this idea since furnaces will no longer be useful for smelting ores.
