Endstone Spikes Biome (End Update 1.19 post)

The Endstone spikes biome is a possible end biome to be added in 1.19. In this biome, the terrain is much more rugged than the normal End Biome, covered in Endstone Spikes. This area would be much more difficult to cross when journeying to an End City, but it also provides good vantage points, and a lower risk of falling into the void when mining endstone, because of the spikes.
