We need a way to get blaze rods in peaceful in order to beat the game. My suggestion is that blaze spawners should drop a few blaze rods when broken (say, 1-3 rods per spawner). That way we still force players to explore the Nether and find a fortress to get blaze rods to craft the Eyes of Ender needed to fill in the portal. Ender pearls are already available from villager trades to complete the recipe.
Also consider making blaze rods part of the Nether Fortress chest loot.
With the new popularity of the "Peaceful Challenge" concept there should be a lot of interest in having some legitimate way to beat the game on Peaceful. In the popular "Peaceful Challenge" video series, the players had to use the one-in-a-trillion known seed with the portal fully filled on Java Edition. There is no known seed like this in Bedrock, though, and Java players shouldn't have to be limited to this one seed. Even with the portal filled the players still had to resort to cheats in order to find the Stronghold without using Eyes of Ender to help locate it.
