Let it snow!

Well,sometimes we don't always want to build in a taiga biome or a snow biome,but we want to make it snow.Or sometimes we are noobs or don't know how to create custom biomes or flat worlds ,but we want snow.Either way,we might want snow,and can't make that happen without placing a lot of snow blocks (that will annoyingly constantly melt away).

In the commands,It allows you to choose the weather and time in your world.You have these options:Rain,Clear and Thunderstorm.Maybe in the options we could  choose snow.

I've made my statement and now the votes will decide wether or not it'll go anywhere.

    For a while, I have thought about this. It would make so much sense instead of wandering until you discover the biome yourself.
