an enchantment transfer

this block transfer any enchantment from anything to anything and it cost one netherite block one iron and gold ingot one diamond one emerald one wood plank of any type one elytra one lether and one sword to make it costs one diamond to activate the reason for this is some of those under water ruins shipwrecks etc. have gold stuff with mending and it would be more fun to be able to transfer enchantments. i would just like something like it in the game.
