Copper tools in minecraft

Copper tools are not a good idea, but copper tools with a twist are. E.g when their durability is at full, it would mine as fast as diamond, when it's at 3/4, it will mine as fast as iron, etc.

    Mojang if you have seen this I am not desperate for copper tools in minecraft, it would just be cool if they were
