RTX not working Drivers outdated

I have tried for 3 hours now but then I asked my brother if it is working for him and it is not I just spent 30$ to get a broken Minecraft I would love to play with my RTX 2070 Max-q but it says my drivers are outdated when I have tried all of the fixes please get back to me I would like a refund if nothing works since I have the JAVA addition and the main reason for me getting this version was to see the RTX and I found somewhere its 2060 and up then I see a thread that says 2080 and up please fix your game
