No more AFK fishing, Alaskan fishing wheel

No AFK fishing or fish farms ..... fine but can we have something so we can enjoy the game with out fishing for hours trying to get enchantment books. The Alaskan fish wheel can be put in the water and have the same kinda collecting concept but it's something we can build and have to go back to clean out witch means there's a limit to what can be collected. Please help the console players out.

    Librarian villagers work just fine to get enchantment books, or stronghold library raiding if you want to see some sights.
