Amethyst + Quartz = Purple Quartz Blocks

Amethyst and Quartz are both crystals and putting 2 of each item together could make a light purple quartz block. The more options with builds the better.

    fun fact amethyst actually is a purple quartz, the purple color comes from iron impurities. there's actually a lot of gems that are just different colors of quartz, like citrine and smoky quartz(duh).

    but about your post I agree a "smooth" version of amethyst just like nether quartz blocks would look cool, more color options are great in general :)

    Instead of making this super complicated, let's just smelt amethyst blocks in a furnace and get smooth amethyst.
