Snowballs give short amount of the new freezing effect

Since snowballs are somewhat useless in the java edition, adding freezing effect to snowballs and freeze the enemies seems cool (maybe like increases the coldness if one snowball hits the enemy in a period of time after another snowball) that would be cool and nice

    I love this bcuz snowballs do tend to be dust collectors. Crouching to place a layer & Standing to throw.

    Alternatively, if you don't want to change the original snowballs, you could make a ❄ Powdered Snowball❄ that is thrown or dispensed and freezes on impact, then placeable & stackable (while crouching and right clicking/trigger) as an actual stack of snowballs. Grabbing them off the stack while crouching and left clicking/trigger. It would make extremely immersive snowballs fights!!!

    It could also function as a buff to snow golems since they could then apply the freezing affect and damage mobs.
