Copper takes less time for total oxidation

Copper should take less time to oxidate. Currently, it takes 150-240 in-game days to fully oxidate (60 hours). A lot of people don't even play on worlds for that amount of time. On top of that, it will only oxidate in chunks that are being rendered. Therefore I believe that that time should be shortened, or at very least add a feature where you can place water on top of copper and decrease the time it takes to oxidate.
