Block/villager that removes curses

I believe that there should be a block or villager that has the ability to remove curses.  This villager would be found in a large village so they would be relatively difficult to find.  Curses were a great addition to Minecraft so making a block for them would kind of get rid of the whole curse idea.  The block that I am suggesting would be created by a stonecutter and a netherite ingot and/or a grindstone combined with a netherite ingot.  The block would slowly erode after a while and you could tell from the textures and effect bubbles would start to appear from it.  However, if you placed or used a wither flower on it it would slowly repair the block.
