Gale Cavern Biome

The gale cavern biome would be a cave with a new stone type, Wind stone. All sounds made in this cave biome echo throughout the caverns. Skulk and the warden can detect much farther in this biome. Maybe a new mob could spawn here?

    I like your idea of a windy cave biome. Maybe it could spawn near mountains.

    Good idea, but why would there be wind under ground?
