Changing All Types World settings For Realms, Servers, And Singleplayer

When someone first makes a world they get ALL the settings not just the usual ones. The ones that I'm talking about is the keep loot on, fire spreads, TNT explodes, etc. Once that person makes their world, they can't change those, and it is very annoying for me and it is probably a problem for others too. Also another thing is, is that there shouldn't be so many types of Minecraft. I mean the actual types such as bedrock, java, pocket edition, etc. (I am fine with dungeons and those other ones.) I believe that there should only be java, because you have access to ALL of the craftable items. It would also be easier for the  programmers of Mojang if they didn't have to change some of the updates to comply with all of the countless Minecraft editions.
