Support for Bluetooth keyboard and mouse on iOS

I really think that Mojang should allow Minecraft to use a Bluetooth keyboard if one is connected. I just bought a Bluetooth keyboard and I was excited to see it work on my favorite game but it turns out that when you go into the Minecraft app, the keyboard doesn’t work like it does on safari and iMessage. You can’t use it for gameplay. This is really upsetting.. why have the option for keyboard and mouse if you can’t even use a simple Bluetooth keyboard? I don’t know.. those are my thoughts. I would like to see that option fixed so we can actually use the stuff we have bought.

    Yea this bums me out... I just bought a keyboard and mouse worth $100 because I got excited to use it on Minecraft only to find out it dosen’t work!

    Pls add it what’s the point of adding the keyboard and mouse settings when u can’t even use the Bluetooth keyboard and Bluetooth mouse on it it would mean alot

    Same, I bought Minecraft on my iPad specifically for this, I’m going to get a refund until they add Bluetooth keyboard support

    I don't think apple has support for Keyboard and Mouse gaming. Apple made it where you can only use a keyboard to type, but a keyboard still acts like it would on a computer if you're playing something on safari. About mouse controls, for the most part, it only sends touchscreen inputs, but you can still hover with your pointer on safari. So even though you probably won't be able to use a keyboard and mouse on downloaded games, give it a try on web games like paper Minecraft, or wait for apple to add it sometime, so don't blame Mojang or Microsoft.

    Damn I bought an expensive iPad case to try BE and it is not fun because I can’t even use a mouse
