the Snowy Wasteland Biome

the snowy wasteland is a biome has a floor of snow, top snow and a new block called packed snow! packed snow also generates in snow waves, which generate up to 50 blocks high! for now, only strays spawn in this biome. caves in this biome will have a new block called icy stone (which looks like stone with icy cracks in it). also in this biome, ice generates up to 8 blocks thick with the top most layers being packed ice! please leave more ideas in the comments for this biome and one day this may be in minecraft! (btw, this Biome has nothing to do With the Wasteland biome suggestion!)

Packed Snow should be slightly blue snow. It could be used to make Packed Snowballs (which do damage) and Packed Snow Golems (which throw Packed Snowballs)
