Toughskin Enchantment Against Physical Elements (Helmet and Boots)

Toughskin Enchantment (I to III) is for helmets and boots.  It is meant to reduce damage from the following;

Helmet

-Reduce falling Anvil damage

-Reduce Stalagtite Damage

-Reduces damage from kinetic energy while flying on an Elytra

Boots

-Reduce Stalagmite Damage

-Prevents Cactus Damage on all 3 levels

-Prevents Magma Block Damage on all 3 levels
