Now, why would you want to kill these bosses? What do you have to gain with all this? Well, each 1 of these drop a part of their body

Creeperasaurus- Jaw

Stilagmaceratops- Horn x2

Phantoraptor- Claw

Wardasaurus- Cranium

Combining the 5 drops will make a Prehistoric helmet (Abbreviated as PH.). This prehistoric helmet has inbuilt thorns, unbreaking, and protection. But that’s not all. You can upgrade the PH with other helmets via a smithing table (You HAVE TO use the helmet, NOT the ingot). If the two were enchanted, the enchantments will combine (Unless they cannot, it will swap the enchant of the other. I.E. if you have a PH with protection and a netherite helmet with fire protection. If the PH is first, the resulting netherite PH will have protection and vice versa) and they will upgrade the enchant.
