Toggleable bedrock fog (with the caves and cliffs update)

Because of the new and improved caves, I think and hope people agree, that it should come with new and better looking spooky bedrock fog, that of course can be toggled, because a lot of players, myself included, miss the bedrock fog, but it can get annoying at sometime so that is why I think it should be toggleable on both Java and bedrock, and it would go great with the cave update, it would toggle on, half fog, and off
