Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Spawn Egg Incubator Block

This is a block that acts a bit like a Brewing Stand except it is for eggs instead of potions. Basically, you put the eggs in the bottom and then certain ingredients on top, definitely mob drops and possibly another item that could act as fuel or a catalyst or whatever. It then starts to convert the egg into a Spawn Egg

The block would start to change the egg, making it bigger and changing it's colors. The closer the egg is to being done the more it resembles the new egg, with different colors and more and more spots appearing. Like potions, multiple steps may be necessary to get the desired egg. The various steps may just give an egg that doesn't spawn anything until finished. The different steps may also allow you to customize the mob variants.

    The eggs would be displayed on the block like a Brewing Stand. The eggs may be 2D like usual or 3D like Turtle/Dragon eggs.

    The Dragon Egg may be able to be used in this, although I am not sure how. Currently, I am not a fan of the idea of the Dragon Egg hatching into another Ender Dragon.

    Scutes would be an ingredient to make one step of the Turtle Spawn Egg, Turtle Shells may do multiple steps, and using a Turtle Egg would immediately create a Turtle Spawn Egg

    Using that logic, however, that could imply that you use chicken eggs on a chicken egg to get a Chicken Spawn Egg, but I wouldn't want that as it would be circular and pretty much allow you to have infinite chickens and eggs.

    Unfinished Spawn Eggs may have a small chance to spawn their mob

    I wonder if Spawn Eggs should be thrown like normal eggs. Maybe Unfinished Spawn Eggs will retain that ability
