Wagons/Chariots

I think it is an awesome ideia of way of transportation. They could be only funcional in grass path blocks, so that they will really become funcional roads. The wagons could have a chest (to transport itens) and other place were you could sit, like a boat, or two places for players/mobs (it would depend of the crafting). This is just an ideia that I had right now, so I'm not including many details.
