Tse tse fly

It's a clear reference to the infamous fly identical to the one in real life. It appears in the savannah and it deals instant damage according to the difficulty you are in. And it gives a persistent illness that can perdure until you drink milk, the effects of the illness is that you can't sleep during such duration
