Scaffolding should be able to be placed on leaf blocks.

As the title says, scaffolding should be able to be placed on leaf blocks.

For my current singleplayer survival world, I've been building in the jungle, so there are a lot of leaves. I also use scaffolding a lot, so it is rather annoying when I want to place scaffolding on leaves but just can't. Scaffolding can be placed on other transparent blocks like glass or ice, so why not leaves?
