An idea to make bundle more convenient/useful

When you hover over the bundle in your inventory and it shows its contents you should be able to pick out a specific item you want. My suggestion is that when you hover over the bundle in your inventory and then hold Ctrl while hovering over the bundle allows you to pick a specific item out of the bundle.

So just to clarify: when you want to get a specific item out of your bundle, you can go into your inventory, hover over the bundle so it shows it contents, and the press and hold Ctrl which then lets you move your cursor over to the contents of the bundle and pick the item(s) or block(s).

Additionally you could also throw out a specific item or block from your bundle by hovering over and pressing Q over the item or block you want to throw out.
