The blind plant is a brand new hostile mob found within the deep dark in sculk patches. They are ambush predators that will hide in fake sculk sensors, which you can identify by looking at the center of the block. The plant will have it’s sensor revealed. If the plant senses any creatures nearby, they will attack the creature, but they will primarily hunt cave crows. After hunting, they will sleep for 2 in-game days. The plants cannot breed forcefully and will breed every 3 to 5 in game days (60-100 minutes) by shooting out their spores after a hunt. The spores will drift and land on any sculk sensor within 5 blocks around the plant. The sculk sensor will deactivate and grow a sapling. When the plant is fully grown, you have 10 seconds to move away before the plant awakes and attacks.
