The Idea:
In the 1.17 update, Mojang will be taking an extensive look at the cave generation code. This being the case, Mojang should =amplify them in a similar fashion to normal biomes when using the Amplified World Type.
This would mean:

A larger abundance of large/cavernous caves
-
More jagged generation on the floors and ceilings of caves.
-
Caves that twist and turn in directions they normally avoid (loops/straight up or down)
This idea would fit perfectly into Minecraft and truly destroy an unnecessarily orderly part of the chaotic amplified worlds.
