Add Wings Bach to Ender Dragon skin

The wings from my Skin that behaves like a cape no longer exsists. The skin I use is the Ender Dragon skin from one of the birthday packs. I am quite upset that they have been removed as that ruins the skin. So could you please fix this I dont want to be a wingless Dragon.

    Ok, it seems to be the case where the wings are somtimes therr and somtimes arnt .. so ill add it to a bug report instead of here
