Get books back from disenchanted tools/armor

What if you made a disenchanting or enchantment transferring table. If you added a disenchanting table, you could get enchanted books back if you disenchanted tools/ armor and the armor would be disenchanted. Or, if you made an enchantment transferring table (please come up with a better name), you could transfer enchantments from tools/armor to books or to other tools and armor. It would cost a lot of xp. I know that not being able to transfer enchantments would remove some of the challenges of Minecraft, but maybe it would be made of rare materials, like obsidian, a nether star, an end crystal, diamonds, and emeralds. That is just an example. I would really love to see this added to Minecraft, because I have a mob farm, and I got some really good armor with good enchantments from it.
