New Potion: Potion of heaviness

Potion of heaviness would reduce your speed by %50 and increase your fall speed by %50. Also your jump speed would be reduced by %50 (you would only be able to jump a slab).  It would be made in a brewing stand with an iron ingot, and awkward potions or with a slow falling, speed, or, jump boost potion and a fermented spider eye.  Witches would throw that potion at player sometimes.
