Add light block to java edition

what: I need light block in java edition.

why: Sometimes existing light emitting blocks don't fit the design of a building or a map thus making lighting a nightmare.

how: Light block from bedrock edition works just fine. The only change is to make light block an actual block not solid but targetable and removeable, something like a barrier block which is invisible and totally unnoticeable until taken in hand. So every time light block is equipped all placed block are revealed with the item icon (light bulb with number).

That would be very handy.
