The blind cave characin is a perfect animal for the caves and cliffs update of minecraft because it adds more liveliness and will serve as a way to take axolotls.
In the latest snapshot just released yesterday,the axolotl mob feeds on tropical fish,but clearly the tropical fish will be a placeholder and this is where the blind cave fish comes into play.
Function?
The blind cave fish's main purpose is a good source for axolotls found in caves and also as a food source to the player while exploring the new caves.
Where to find them?
They will most likely spawn in the upcoming giant water filled caves or in lush caves.
Appearance: a light pinkish-white color,it will be 0.3 blocks high, and 0.5 blocks wide like a cod but unlike cod lacks any eye texture.
