Goat Horns + Horse Armor

I would keep it short. If you attach goat horns to horse armor it would create "horned horse armor" or "Battle horse armor" ( or it could be called anything else if you have better ideas ) which would cause the horse that wears the armor to make a big knockback and some damage when running trough mobs or players. It could be maybe based on the speed of the horse.
