Nether Wart Blocks should be used for making dyes

Having an abundance of Nether Wart Blocks is annoying when they have no craftable function, which is why Nether Wart Blocks should be used for making dyes. Currently they have no function other than being cool decorative blocks, but something they could be used for is making red and teal dyes. Currently, red dye is fairly easy to get while teal dye not so much. You need blue dye from somewhat uncommon flowers and green dye which is only found from smelting cactus.
