curse of rushing

a curse that can only be put on boots and will randomly without warning give you swiftness 2 for 1to 5 seconds. this will automatically put you out of crouch making it rather dangerous around cliffs. the curse of rushing is both dangerous and quite beneficial however the curse is rather rare. I think it would be a cool curse to add because it's both beneficial and is not simply just annoying.
