Tools should be reparable after Breaking.

Im currently in the early/middlegame in my Survival world, and im trying to Make an Underground base. Thats uses many iron picks tho, and because i dont have an iron Farm yet it bothers that i need to farm new tools every time one breaks.

It would be better, if there would be a broken state of any tool, just like elytras, and you could repair it in an anvil. you would just need like 1 Diamond to repair a diamond tool, and 2 to repair a Diamond armorpiece. the same for all other stages of tools.

that would seriously help me building my base, because instead of farming 3 iron for 1 iron pickaxe i could farm 3 iron to repair my iron pickaxe 3 times and use it 3 times extra!
