Usage for glow squid

I would like to see some kind of glow squid drop (very rare) that can be used to brew a potion that gives a glowing effect. And more common drop will be used in some crafts for new glowing blocks. And going to the new blocks, there could be some block being like that glow squid and sharing the same mechanic of "distracting". Really want to see it in game so glow squid will be kinda useful.
