Environmental Effect

I think there should be a feature where if you cut down all the trees in an area and don't replant them it, the surrounding area will start to die and animal spawns will decrease and even the water (if near by) will start to turn dirty. I think this would be a cool realistic feature to add as well as a good awareness for the effects of deforestation.
