More to fossils

I think that we could add to the archeology system by changing fossil generation and add new fossil block and items

    I like the idea of Wither Bones and Wither Bone Blocks, but the problem I see is that they would work best in the Nether but Soul Sand Valleys already have white bones which I think is a better contrast. Still, if there's a good use/spot for them then I am all for it
