One more ore for the Cave and Cliff Update: Uranium

The Cave and Cliff update already has two promising ores, copper, and amethyst (Not really an ore). But what if one more was added, uranium. Uranium would not be used for nukes or other modern weapons, instead they would be used for more powerful TNT. Uranium would probably deal poison and nausea damage when mined.
