curse of rushing

a curse that can only be put on boots and will randomly without warning give you swiftness 2 for 1to 5 seconds. this will automatically put you out of shift lock making it rather dangerous around cliffs. the curse of rushing is both dangerous and quite beneficial however the curse is rather rare.
