Crystals in the Caves and Cliffs update have so far minimal use in the snapshots and game so far, which is why I am here to write this and suggest this in a future snapshot if possible, Crystal Weapons, Tools, and Armor.

That is why I am he to pitch my idea on crystals being used to craft or upgrade your weapons, tools, or armor. Giving more reason to harvest crystals from geodes when found
- in order to craft the items its just like every other crafting recipe that has to do with a weapon or tool, the durability would be somewhere between iron and diamond as well as the attack damage. Making it not the strongest thing in the game but something useful. now if you would like to save up your crystals then instead of crafting why not use the smithing table to upgrade The Iron class of items into Crystalized Armor, weapons, and tools
- but not only could crystals do that they could also be used in a new crafting recipe a flashlight, the crafting recipe would be 1 torch in the center 1 crystal above it and 3 copper ingots surrounding it its would be allowed to be held in your off hand on both java and bedrock platforms and depending on which torch you used in the crafting recipe would determine how much light would illuminate from it as you explore the new caves.
