Tinted Lanterns

We got tinted glass in the new snapshots but imagine this. Lanterns that instead of having normal glass have tinted glass meaning you could make it so mobs don't spawn but you can still keep things dark. You could make a spooky dark cave but still keep it mob free and many other things.
